Bio

I am from Jyväskylä.

I joined the orchestra in February 2002.

I like to play new as well as old and central orchestral repertoire, and how I’d love to get folk music to swing one day!

In Helsinki my favourite place is my own home. And always when entering the Market Square I am impressed by how the light changes. From there you can continue onwards to Helenankatu to admire the wonderful red wall there.

For me the highlight of the spring 2016 season has to be the ski holidays! ONLY JOKING – of course the Epiphany concert (6 January) will be fascinating with John Malkovich, but also Anders Mustonen and Liszt’s Dante symphony with the State Choir Latvija (17 March) are interesting.
