Season tickets are sold from 11 May to 7 August and 2 November to 4 December 2023.
Single tickets for concerts go on sale on 15 August and 12 December 2023.
Tickets for final rehearsals go on sale on 17 August and 14 December 2023.

Season ticket holders for Series I-IV of the autumn 2023 season can purchase tickets in advance for the Symphony of a Thousand concert until 7 August 2023. Symphony of a Thousand advance tickets can be purchased from the ticket sales desk at the Helsinki Music Centre from 11 May to 7 August by showing their autumn season ticket. Single tickets for the Symphony of a Thousand concerts go on sale on 15 August.

Ticketmaster charges a processing fee of 4 / 3 / 1,5 € depending on the price of the ticket. An order fee 1,5 €/order is added to the total price of the ticket. No delivery or order fee is charged for tickets redeemed from the ticket sales desk at the Helsinki Music Centre. Note: only one discount can be used at a time.

You can purchase tickets from ticket shops, get printable e-mail tickets (TicketFast) or have tickets sent to your home address. For an additional fee you can book tickets and pick them up from Ticketmaster sales outlets.

Ticketmaster’s telephone service allows you to book tickets. The reservation fee is included in the price of the call. Booked tickets can be redeemed from Ticketmaster sales outlets. Tickets can also be sent to your home address if you purchase them at least 30 days in advance. 

Ticketmaster charges a service fee of 1,50-5,00 € depending on the price of the ticket when you pick up the tickets from one of its sales outlets. 

Depending on the delivery method, Ticketmaster will charge the following delivery methods.
Ticketmaster does not charge a separate delivery fee when ticket buyers choose eco-friendly mobile or eticket ticketing options.
