Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra’s programme for April announced

The Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra’s concerts in April will be led by  Susanna Mälkki, Sakari Oramo and Tomas Djupsjöbacka.

The Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra’s concerts in April will be led by Chief Conductor Susanna Mälkki, Sakari Oramo, Professor of Orchestral Training and Orchestral Conducting at the Sibelius Academy, and Tomas Djupsjöbacka, who was appointed Chief Conductor of the Vaasa City Orchestra last autumn. The programme for April features works for ensembles of up to 20 musicians, including pieces by Stravinsky, Enescu, Dvořák, Joan Tower and Mozart. 

All concerts will be performed without a live audience in accordance with current restrictions and broadcast as an HKO Screen livestream on the orchestra’s website and mobile app.
