Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra to sell standing room tickets for the sold out Ode to Joy concert on Wednesday 19 December

An additional 30 standing room tickets will go on sale for the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra’s sold out Ode to Joy concert at 9am on the day of the concert, Wednesday 19 December. The standing room tickets will be sold directly from the ticket office at the Helsinki Music Centre. The price of each standing room ticket is €10/€5 (students). The standing room places are located on the upper level of the stalls behind sections C, T and N. Should there be empty seats in the concert hall after the doors have closed, holders of standing room tickets will be allowed to move to these seats.

The ode to universal friendship ends our autumn season in traditional fashion. The excitement of one of the most popular concerts of the year is ensured by top Finnish soloists together with the Helsinki Music Centre Choir. Eva Ollikainen will be conducting the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra for the first time.
