The Fantasia Quintet has been active since 2002 and has conquered concert stages and chamber music competitions both domestically and internationally with its personal interpretations and uncompromising quality. Its competition victories include 1st prize in the Henri Tomasi International Woodwind Competition in Marseille in 2009 and 3rd prize and Press Award in the Lyon International Chamber Music Competition in 2008.
The Encounters Club is open to all and free of charge, and it takes place on Fridays around once a month in the main foyer of the Helsinki Music Centre.
Free admission – welcome! The programme begins at 9 p.m. after the evening’s concert, and the café is open until 10:30 p.m.
Yes, but only before or after the concert. During the concert we just want you to enjoy the music. This way you won’t disturb the musicians or other audience members.
Only the orchestra has a dress code. You can dress as you like.
