Exchange of a season ticket seat

If you are unable to attend a concert in your concert series, you may request to exchange for another concert once during the spring 2026 season. A concert ticket can be exchanged only for a concert in another concert series.

Please provide your seat information (section, row, seat number) and your preference for a replacement concert via this form no later than 72 hours before the concert you wish to change to or from, depending on which comes first. If we are able to make the change, we will send you a replacement ticket by e-mail. We will try to exchange your seat for another seat in the same price category, but if tickets in that category are no longer available, the change will be made to a more affordable category. We will not refund any possible price difference for the concert.

If you are unable to attend and have already used your exchange right, you may still notify us about your vacant seat so that we can make it available to music students.

The exchange right applies only to season ticket holders for the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra; individual concert tickets are not eligible for exchange or refund.
