Renewing season tickets
Season tickets from the previous season can be renewed by paying for your new booking at the ticket sales desk at the Helsinki Music Centre or by ordering a free e-mail invoice from Ticketmaster. A payment link will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS by 11 May 2023 (autumn season tickets) or 2 November 2023 (spring season tickets). If you did not receive a payment link, please contact fan.support@ticketmaster.fi or Ticketmaster’s telephone service, t. +358 30 53 0003 Mon-Fri 9-14 (0,08€/min + lnc). Purchasing new season tickets
New season tickets can be purchased online from www.ticketmaster.fi/hko, by calling +358 600 10 800 (2,00€ /min+lnc) or from Ticketmaster outlets. https://www.ticketmaster.fi/help/Outlets/
Your seat booking for Series I-IV concerts by the HPO will be kept from one year to the next. You can change your season ticket seat by purchasing a new season ticket for any available seat during the season sales period. Seats that are not redeemed will be sold as single tickets at the end of the sales period for season tickets.

Classical Hour series – Fridays at 19
Our Classical Hour series lets you enjoy three hour-long concerts in the Concert Hall of the Helsinki Music Centre on Fridays at 19. Season tickets for the Classical Hour series are valid only for one season.

Concerts begin at 19 and last approx. 1 hour with no intermission.

Matinee series – Fridays at 13
Our Matinee series lets you enjoy three hour-long concerts in the Concert Hall of the Helsinki Music Centre on Fridays at 13. Season tickets for the Matinee series are valid only for one season.

Concerts begin at 13 and last approx. 1 hour with no intermission.

Ticketmaster charges a processing fee of 3-5 € per season ticket. No processing fee is charged if season tickets are purchased directly from the ticket sales desk at the Helsinki Music Centre. The fee for replacing lost season tickets at Ticketmaster is 5 € per ticket.
If you would like to change your seat, you can purchase a new season ticket from the seats available when they go on sale. Unclaimed seats will be made available for individual concerts when the sales period for season tickets ends.

- Season ticket for pensioners is 20% cheaper than regular-priced single tickets

Treat a music student to a concert
If you are unable to use your season ticket seat, you can donate it to a music student by sending the ticket information via this link, calling +358 9 3102 2700 or sending an e-mail to helsinki.philharmonic@hel.fi by 3pm on the day of the concert.
Note: Once paid for, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
