Season Tickets

Season tickets are sold from 4 November to 2 December.

You can purchase a season ticket for the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra on the orchestra’s website, on the Musiikkitalo website or by calling the Musiikkitalo box office on 0600 411 101 (0,99 €/min + lnc/mcc) Mon-Fri 9-15. See the Musiikkitalo website for opening hours.

Service fee 5,00–10,00 €/season ticket is included in the ticketprices. The service fee includes cloakroom services.

If you would like to change your seat, you can purchase a new season ticket from the seats available when they go on sale. Unclaimed seats will be made available for individual concerts when the sales period for season tickets ends.

Treat a music student to a concert

If you are unable to use your season ticket seat, you can donate it to a music student by sending the ticket information via this link, calling +358 9 3102 2700 or sending an e-mail to helsinki.philharmonic@hel.fi by 3pm on the day of the concert.

Confirmation of season ticket booking – Series I–IV

You can renew your season ticket either 1) electronically via the online ticket office or) in person at the Musiikkitalo box office. Plastic season are replaced by printed season tickets or electronic PDF/mobile tickets.

Renewing your season ticket electronically via the online ticket office

Option 1: Renewing your season ticket from your own user account
Create a user account online at https://liput.helsinginkaupunginorkesteri.fi/en/login/. Use the same e-mail address that you use to receive the HPO newsletter or that you used to order your previous season ticket. After you have created your account, you will receive an e-mail message in order to confirm. When you log in to your user account between 4 November to 2 December, you will find a preliminary booking for the coming season under Bookings. The booking details are the same as for your current season ticket (series, seat, price category). You can redeem your booking by clicking on Pay for tickets. After you have accepted the Terms of Use, you can then pay for your new season ticket. Online payments are processed via Paytrail, and payment options include debit and credit cards, invoice and several mobile payment methods.

If you do not see a season ticket booking on your user account, contact Musiikkitalo’s online support by calling 030 621 7700 (lnc/mcc). Online support is open Mon-Fri 12-15. You cannot make changes to your booking or make a new season ticket booking using this service.

Option 2: Renewing your season ticket via a link
You will receive a personal link in our newsletter that you can use to renew your season ticket. You do not need to log in after clicking on the link, but you will need to fill in your contact information. If you have already created a user account, simply log in to your account and proceed according to Option 1 (above). The same customer account can be used for Musiikkitalo, RSO and Sibelius Academy ticket sales.
