Service fees are included in the ticket prices. The service fee includes cloakroom services.

Note! Discounts can not be combined. Once paid for, tickets and season tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Tickets for young audiences

The HPO is offering young audiences between the ages of 15 to 25 the chance to attend concerts at Musiikkitalo for the special price of just 3,5 euros. These tickets will go on sale a week before of each concert, and they will be sold as long as seats are available. Service fee (1,5 €) is included in the ticket price.

Different ticket types

Tickets bought online can be downloaded as mobile tickets or as pdf tickets. The pdf tickets can be printed. From the ticket sales office at Musiikkitalo you can buy traditional paper tickets. Below you can find instructions how to start using mobile tickets. 

Downloading the mobile ticket via customer profile

1. Sign in to your customer profile with your mobile phone.
2. Move to Orders.
3. Click View receipt.
4. Click Add to wallet.
5. Your mobile phone will guide you to download the tickets to the wallet application.

1. Open the ticket confirmation email.
2. Clik View receipt.
3. Clik Add to wallet.
