I come from Eurajoki.

I joined the orchestra in autumn 1985. When I auditioned I remember thinking, “Let’s just give it a try and see what happens!”

I like playing any kind of music really that touches the soul in some way. The main thing is that the music speaks to you.

My favourite places in Helsinki are the sea, Keskuspuisto and Seurasaari.
